SHIPPING POLICY

1. What are your shipping costs and delivery times?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide over $150. On orders below $150, we offer flat rate shipping at $35.

We also offer Express International Shipping, which costs you $80.

Delivery Time: While most orders are processed within 24-hours, orders may take 1-3 business days to process prior to shipment. Standard Shipping time will take 8-15 business days to deliver while express Intrnational Shipping will take 3-7 business days.

*Above delivery time does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier's end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Estimated delivery date may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer's end.

2. How do I track my order?

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking Number. You can also visit our website for tracking the package easily.

3. Will I be charged duties and taxes?

Import taxes and duties are included in the price of the products and there are no additional charges upon delivery.

5. What happens if I refuse my shipment?

If you refuse delivery of any order placed on TQSKY, the parcel will be returned to us. You will receive a refund for the merchandise, but shipping charges are unfortunately non-refundable.

*Please note that we need to receive the parcel and confirm its status before we refund.
*Please note that we do not offer free returns service at the moment.
*Please ensure that the item is returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging within 14 business days of receiving your original order.

6. What should I do for lost packages?

If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us at contact@tqsky.com before your order is dispatched.
Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify your delivery address. You will need to contact Fedex directly in your region.
Please note that TQSKY will not be responsible for any extra shipping charges related to changing your delivery address.

7. How fast are orders processed?

Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, will be processed the same day and shipped the following business day. For example, if the order is placed before 1PM on Monday, the order will be processed on Monday.

Orders placed after 1:00 PM EST, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day and shipped the following business day. For example, if the order is placed after 1PM on Monday, the order will be processed on Tuesday.

*Shipping is calculated based on business days only; we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
*The pick-up/processing day does not count as a ship day. While most orders are processed within 24-hours, orders may take 1-3 business days to process prior to shipment.

8. Where do you ship from?

Most of the orders will be dispatched from China, and some orders will be dispatched from our company in Singapore,
which mainly depends on the arrangement of warehouse management.

Acutally, most of the countries can be shipped. We advise you try to order, and if you can select your country, that your country will be shipped!

RETURNS & EXCHANGES & WARRANTY

1. What is our returns policy?

We have a 7 days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return

  1. you will need to contact us at contact@tqsky.com at first.
  2. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that returns would be inspec will need to be sent to our China address: Room 2306, Haowei Technology Building, Keji South 8th Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.
  3. Refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    Under what circumstances can you return an item?

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Damages and issues can request return.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What about the return fee?

Return Fee includes two part, one is the shipping fee(including customs clearance, will provide the invoice to customer), and the second part is the handling fee for bank, which accounts for about 4% of the value of the goods.

Who need to pay the return fee?

If the product is judged to be defective, We will pay all the return fee; If the customer chooses to return for his own reasons, these return fee will be paid by the customer.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@tqsky.com.

2. What is our exchanges policy?

If you want to swap your piece out for something else, please contact us by emailing at contact@tqsky.com to initiate the exchange. Where possible we will help to facilitate this.

Then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

Buyers are responsible for shipping the item back to us, as well as shipping the new item back to the buyer.

Please note that the item is returned in a new and unused condition and in their original packaging and must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase. Returns that are not in original condition, outside of this time frame or unauthorised returns cannot be accepted.

No exchanges or refunds are permitted for sale goods and promotional items. We currently do not process exchange for a different product.

Faulty Item: You receive an order and deem it faulty, please email our customer service team including pictures of the faulty item(s) before making any returns. Delivery charges for return will be reimbursed upon review and approval.

3. What to do when i received a faulty or damaged item?

If you received a damaged/faulty item, please contact us at contact@tqsky.com within 7days to arrange for a new item to be delivered to you. Damaged/Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. All items returned as damaged/faulty will be inspected, delivery charges for return will be reimbursed upon review and approval.

4. I received an incorrect item or an item is missing.

If you received an incorrect item, you can exchange it for the correct item or receive a full refund after sending the item to us. To begin the process, you can contact Customer Service: contact@tqsky.com for further assistance.

5. What is our warranty policy?

The Warranty for TQSKY is one year from the date of purchase (with proof of receipt) covering manufacturing defects but do not cover accidental damage or misuse. If you have any problems with an item within the guaranteed period, please Contact Us at contact@tqsky.com providing your original order number and outlining the repair issue.

Orders

1. How do I place an order on TQSKY?

Ordering on store.tqsky.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button to place it in your Shopping Bag. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. You will have the option to create an account, log in to an existing account, or guest check out. Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you of your tracking information.

2. Can I cancel or modify my order?

We can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed or packaged. Keep in mind that orders are processed very quickly so we recommend that you let us know about any changes as soon as possible. To cancel your order, please email us at contact@tqsky.com with your order number and we can cancel and refund the original method of payment for you.

3. Where is my order?

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking number + order details. (make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox!)
You can also track the order status on your account - My orders (But Please make sure to login your account before you buy the products if you want to check the status on your account )

4. Can I edit my order shipping address?

If your order has not yet shipped, email us at contact@tqsky.com with the new address and order number and we can adjust it for you. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we’re not able to adjust the address for you!

5. Can I get my purchase gift-wrapped?

All TQSKY orders come with an TQSKY Glasses box and pouch, which are perfect for any gift occasion. Wanner see how the box looks like? Please see our TQSKY T1!

6. What happens if an item is out of stock?

On the rare occasion an item is sold simultaneously to multiple customers online, the stock information may become temporarily inaccurate. In this case, we will contact you right away, to cancel the items which are unavailable or exchange with other items and proceed with the rest of the order.

PAYMENT

1. What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay for your order using a variety of payment methods! Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed.

Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency.

We can accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Paypal and TQSKY GIft Card.

These payment methods are all 100% secured. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and secure. No worries if you have an 3DS verification at the end of payment, this is to protect both of you and us benefits! Just keep going!If you have not received any order confirmation after placing an order, please contact us at contact@tqsky.com to confirm if your payment went through successfully.

If you have a TQSKY account, your default billing information will appear at checkout. Otherwise, you can manually enter the payment details at the time you place the order. Kindly note that depending on the restrictions on your card, the transaction may be declined by the bank. We do not accept prepaid credit cards, Visa/Mastercard gift cards at this time.
TQSKY reserves the right to detect and check the validity of the card used and may decline transactions depending on the result of these checks.

Please note TQSKY cannot issue a refund to a method of payment that is different from the one used to place the order. Upon receiving your returned item at our warehouse, it will take up to 10-15 business days for the returns team to process and send you a return confirmation email.
